Ozark City Council Special Session

Ozark city council met in special session on June 20, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. Mayor Roxie Hall, Clerk Eveld, Anderson, Flanary, Holman, Meeker, Melton and Nicely were all present. On the agenda was allocating funds for IT. Mayor Hall voiced concerns that we were being charged for every call and gave examples of two instances where Marla couldn’t print and where Sonya couldn’t print, then we received bills for $207 for the repairs. We were under the impression that since we selected IMC services, we were covered for repairs. IMC had said that it was their fault that an agreement had not yet been signed. Mayor Hall said that council could still back out if they wished. Holman motioned to allocate $10,000 to IT expenses for Police and Administration until the July council meeting, seconded by Anderson. On a roll call vote the following voted: Aye: Anderson, Flanary, Holman, Meeker, Melton & Nicely. A motion to adjourn was made by Flanary seconded by Melton. On a roll call vote the following voted: Aye: Anderson, Flanary, Holman, Meeker, Melton & Nicely. The meeting adjourned at 4:47 p.m.
