City of Ozark

The Ozark City Council passed Ordinance No. 2025-3 on April 14, 2025, to establish an entertainment district in downtown Ozark.

A special election has been scheduled to allow citizens in Ozark City limits to vote on whether the ordinance should stand or be repealed.
