Ozark City Council Meeting, Special Session Oct 19, 2018
Patterson and Holman requested this special meeting.
Present were Mayor McNutt, Clerk Eveld, Patterson, Hall, Warden, Holman & Anderson.

Police Vehicle
Special session opened at 5:30
The vacancy in the council will be appointed in the November regular session council meeting. It must be done in the next regularly scheduled council meeting according to city attorney Phillips.
Charles Meeker took the podium and requested to be consider for the vacancy. He has three grown children, lived here for 13 years and wants to serve and help the city grow and be better.
Next council discussed the police vehicle. Devin said state bid was $26,735.00 and to outfit it would cost $15,399.91. the total is $42,134.91. this will be a patrol vehicle. Susan noted that we need to replenish vehicles.
Patterson moved to buy a vehicle for $26735.00 and outfit for $15,399.91. Holman seconded the motion. On a roll vote, Aye: Holman, Hall, Anderson, Patterson, & Warden. No Nays.
A motion to adjourn was made by Holman seconded by Patterson. On a roll call vote the following voted: Aye: Patterson, Holman, hall, Anderson, waters. No Nays.
Special Session adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
