Bank OZK Building
The City of Ozark looks forward to the completion of a new 4 story Bank OZK Building.
The new building is located at intersection of West College Street and North 7th Street in Ozark, adjoining existing buildings.
This building continues the creation of a unified campus for Bank OZK’s expanding operations and will be 67’6” tall and add 36,761 square feet of office space. Exterior details and building materials of stone, brick and precast, along with building scale, will tie the new building to the three existing office buildings on the campus. A covered connector will link the new building and the original bank headquarters
A total of 250 new work spaces will be added and the total office space will exceed 85,000 square feet in Ozark, not including two branch banking offices, when the new building is complete. The building’s electrical system will be supported by emergency standby generator; all lighting will be LED
As many as 250 new jobs are expected to be added in a five – seven year period beginning in 2017. Bank OZK currently has 293 employees in Ozark and 27 open positions in Ozark as of May, 2019.
The project team is: Architect: Polk Stanley Wilcox Architects; Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing: Batson Inc.; Civil/Landscape Architect Engineer: White-Daters & Associates, Inc.; Structural Engineer: Engineering Consultants, Inc.
