Suddenlink – Preparations for Winter Storm
Good afternoon,
The National Weather Service is predicting a significant winter storm with the potential for ice, snow and strong winds over the next several days. Damaging winds and accumulation of ice and snow could cause downed trees and power lines which may have the potential to cause power outages and network damage that could impact internet, TV and phone service. Prior to the storm, your constituents can sign up to receive service alerts via text or voice message by going to My Account. Once they’re set up, we’ll notify them, when outages affect service. They’ll get restoration timing and other updates until their Suddenlink service is restored.
In the event our services are impacted, customers can visit My Account for service updates. They can also:
- Message us at suddenlink.com/chat
- Tweet us @Suddenlinkhelp
- Call us at 877-794-2724
Many of these resources, as well as storm preparation recommendations and frequently asked questions, are also available at http://www.suddenlink.com/storm.
